 Physical Examinations

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and submitted to the activities office prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.  Physicals are valid for 3 years from the date of the last exam. You can find your student's last physical date on your Parent Portal Account on the health tab. 

You need to pay your fee online through your Parent Portal Account.  Click on the following link to pay.
